The beginnings
Founded in February 2011, as a limited liability, single-member company placed under Slovenian law, it has taken up different projects in Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Tunisia and Morocco.
From 2014 to 2016, a French entrepreneur took a significant share. The intention was to bring Vonde’s know-how to Saint Martin de Crau (Camargue, France), where the decontamination of the Natural Park was starting, after an ecological disaster caused by a leak in the SPSE pipeline. But the local authorities, after neglecting the prevention services for decades, in front of the ecological disaster, intended to carry out traditional, non-exhaustive interventions, that were invasive and harbingers of further significant social costs. And that is not how Vonde intends to work. For this reason, the founder took back the shares.
After getting the necessary administrative structure in 2016, in view of important tenders for environmental projects in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, the decision was made to get on the market with a larger capitalization, and a new shareholder joined, bringing the share capital to 30,000.00 euros and reinvesting 100% of the profits of the previous year.
Today
Vonde currently offers a structure able to provide advice in the managerial and technical-commercial field, for the internationalization of companies and for cross-border economic and institutional cooperation, for environmental design and engineering and for integrated communication in the field of environmental protection and anti-pollution.
The complexity that our potential customers often face makes assistance, dialogue and constant updating about all areas of intervention extremely necessary.
The company’s organogram shows the highest professional quality and its organization benefits from the cooperation with leading companies in specific operational sectors linked to the protection of the environment and with European Universities and Research Institutes, cooperations that are the result of important relationships built over the years.
Since 2013 Vonde has been directing and coordinating the Scientific Research Center for new technologies aimed at the treatment of industrial waste, activated with a three-year agreement – later renewed and currently in force – between the University of Trieste (Department of Engineering and Architecture) and the companies Crismani Koper Ekološke Storitve d.o.o. for Slovenia and Itelyum Sea FVG Srl for Italy.
